Waiting Staff (Butlers) weekday till 22:00 £16.00 per hour/ minimum 4 hours. Saturday, Sunday and after 22.00 hrs £20.00 per hour.

Chefs (weekday) £20.00 per hour/ minimum 5 hours. Saturday £25.00 per hour. Sunday £30.00 per hour

Damask linen buffet cloth to fit £8.00 each

Banquet roll (100 metres) £20.00 each

Irish linen glass cloth £1.50 each

Crockery: white porcelain cups, saucers, plates etc. 40p per item
