The smell of a Pig Roast is irresistible, the meat is juicy & tasty and the crackling of a Pig Roast is superb.
We offer a high quality professional spit roast service in Essex to help make your function a special one. The meat is cooked on a spit and the cooking process is visible through a glass panel on one side of our machines. This makes the hog roast a feature for your special event.
The Essex Hogfather Service
Hog Roast Essex spit roasts makes an impressive sight , golden brown and covered in crackling giving visual impact coupled with delicious food . A whole pig takes approx. 5 to 6 hours to roast. When the buffet is ready to serve, our suitably dressed chef begins carving with all the ceremony it deserves.
A Hog roast is the perfect way to bring a group together, whether it be a Family Reunion, a Customer Appreciation, a Wedding, a Graduation or whatever the occasion. Hog Roasts are always fun and provide memories that last a lifetime.
Please Note: Our preference is always to cook on-site to ensure our stringent standards are maintained. Our hog roasts are always prepared and cooked from scratch at the venue unless requested otherwise. Please be aware for planning purposes, that our arrival time will be at least four to six hours before the scheduled food serving time.
Our staff who have contact with food, are fully accredited to both level one and level two certification standards with the Chartered Institution of Environmental Health.
